Delete your Muevono account

Muevono is operated by Chris Hutton (sole trader, United Kingdom).

Delete in the app (fastest)

Open the Muevono app and go to Settings → Account → Delete account, then confirm. Your account and personal details are removed straight away.

Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email huttswickandallenby@outlook.com from the address associated with your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify your request and delete your account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your name, email, and provider identifiers (Google / Apple / Spotify) and profile image are removed from your account record immediately, and the account is marked deleted.
• Your badges and trail progress are permanently deleted.
• Associated data is removed within 30 days.

What is kept

• Purchase records are retained for at least six years to meet UK tax and accounting obligations. These are tied to your App Store / Google Play account and can be restored on a new Muevono account.
• Aggregated, de-identified analytics that cannot be linked back to you.
